This is nice new hotel (though built in a vintage style on the site of the old Admiral hotel). It has an impressive lobby area The room was nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast was also good. If your room is on a higher floor and faces east you will have a great view of Manila Bay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had beautiful decor. The rooms were very spacious, had super soft beds and the free coffee was delish. The VIP lounge access was fabulous! The happy hour was fantastic: great food and drinks! The staff were great as well! Shoutout to Kathy at the front desk and Michelle, the manager, for taking care of us. Will definitely be back!

The room facilities were very good, as one may expect from a 5-star hotel. An overall glamorous hotel but it misses the warmth of a hotel like the Marco Polo Hotel, to name one.

The hotel is lovely and staff are super helpful. When my Grab to the airport from the hotel seemed to be stationary, the lovely woman at reception offered to book a Grab via her phone. The room is clean and comfortable. We ate at the buffet which had a good selection of food and had a special of 40% off making it around AUD$50 pp. The pool was great and the staff at the pool bar made nice cocktails using pickled ginger.

The hotel looks very fancy and nice. The staff is super friendly, and the room is comfortable and spacious, with great Wi-Fi and an excellent table for working. There is a secret restaurant in the hotel, which makes the experience even better, and the breakfast is very good and rich. The staff is exceptionally nice. I’ve been to a few hotels in Manila, and this is the best.

The hotel was great. It was close to the airport and main sites, and the rooms were very clean with everything you needed. They had their own teas which were nice, and these were provided free on charge in the room. There was also a coffee machine and cups if you wanted to take it away.

The room is very nice, comfortable bed and nice facilities. The rooftop bar and pool are very pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very large and there are many options to choose from.

The rooms and staff were excellent. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. The staff made excellent accomodations for me. The room was beautiful and I truly believe the hotel is worth the cost.

Staff is always willing to help, they offer solutions to anything you need. Comunication prior our arrival was really helpful, they accomodate our transfer (at extra cost). Our consierge DEXTER MATÍAS was the highlight of our staying, he put a lot of effort in make us feel at home, local recomendations, transport, food, etc... Hidden restaurant was a surprise, breakfast menu is delicious, make sure you have a drink by the terrace pool at sunset.
