The hotel is lovely and staff are super helpful. When my Grab to the airport from the hotel seemed to be stationary, the lovely woman at reception offered to book a Grab via her phone. The room is clean and comfortable. We ate at the buffet which had a good selection of food and had a special of 40% off making it around AUD$50 pp. The pool was great and the staff at the pool bar made nice cocktails using pickled ginger.

There is a secret restaurant in the hotel, which makes the experience even better, and the breakfast is very good and rich. The staff is exceptionally nice. I’ve been to a few hotels in Manila, and this is the best.
